Expected duration: 1 - 6 months We are looking for a dedicated, self-sufficient, and hardworking virtual assistant for our top agent.
Requirements: - At least 1-year of work experience in US Real Estate industry handling sales, telemarketing and customer service accounts - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills - Available to work on weekends and at US Eastern time, approx 40 hours a week (rest days are mid-week) - Must be proficient and knowledgeable in BoomTown (Candidates with no BoomTown experience need not apply) - Must know how to use MLS - Strong knowledge of state and local real estate documents - Knowledge in social media management and marketing - Must have strong attention to detail, and can work under minimal supervision - Honest, punctual, and reliable
Main tasks include: - Following-up with, calling and qualifying leads - Looking up property status and information from MLS - Ensuring that all calls/comms are properly documented in BoomTown - Updating and managing lead profiles in BoomTown - Booking and scheduling listing and showing appointments - Updating agent calendar and email - Answering and transferring calls as necessary - Managing all the paperwork and deadlines involved in a real estate transaction - Liaising between real estate agents, clients, attorneys and lenders - Writing and creating content, engagement, visibility and increasing traffic via social media and website development and maintenance - Promoting listings, networking with potential clients online, and producing audio, video & multimedia content - Any and all ad hoc tasks
