I'm looking for a virtual assistant who can jump in on a number of tasks as listed below:
- sourcing of furniture and lighting for interior design projects - coordinating with suppliers for quotes - completing trade application forms - optional: updating CAD plans - putting presentations together
In addition, I may need the following
- writing SEO friendly blog posts - scheduling blog posts - Instagram engagement - brain storming social media strategies - general marketing admin related tasks
Experience with AutoCAD, Canva, Figma, Trello, G suite and Slack would be beneficial. Ultimately I'm looking for someone who is hands-on, isn't afraid to dive in and is efficient with their time.
