I am working on a project to create a Jasper based print ready PDF report against Oracle database, report is developed using Jasper studio and using 6-7 sub reports to populate different sections of the report. However, I am stuck at a point where I need to execute few updates before and after the report is run i.e. run an oracle update statement (update the status column for certain records) based on three parameters passed to report and then report and subreport queries should select the records based on the updated status. After report queries have been run, another update statement need to run which will again update the status of the records so those can't be printed off again. If you have experience with this then we can discuss this project further and agree on the price.
