I am looking for disciplined developer who can communicate and update me every day or every 2 days (and I don’t want to keep asking for that). Who can ideally finish project within 4-5 weeks.
I have templates in react and as html/css/js so I need full stack developer. Full payment ONLY on completion and if not delivered will not pay and will be negative feedback.
Potentially if you good there is lots more work in future on this project. Current website is based on script which was working before until 2 developers started and not finished the job. Site is half working and there was already payment integrations, map (openstreet map) integrated on test site and customised so not need to create from scratch. I need fully working site + new theme + some further improvement
Current job include customise filter/search, map api integration - openstreet map, some list below
1. In posting page make it prohibited to add external links in to description text editor and make separated fields for each link (under text field) - just simple url field, so when they are added they will be shown/embedded in advert page under gallery and above map.
This links can image, pdf, youtube/vimeo or 3d tour (like created under here https://arvr.google.com/tourcreator/)
each link will be paid (this should be available to set on admin page)
2. On posting advert page Fix date/time picker on posting page (should be unavailable until someone tick it) and make it better on desktop as time needs to be drop down for better ux
3. On user settings page add paid option for avatar (30 days). Basically if adding image to avatar - this will be paid option and image will be for 30 days active.
4. In search result add “map view” so all results showed on map - so two views (standard list and view on map)

or something similar to geofence but to show adverts in specific geo area
7. Integrate openlayers (openstreet) map api on “post page” with database of locations (this was implemented before, I will supply access to db to exctract that)

show near POI on posting page (as well as connect TERYT db with it - this is done before, I will supply access to that, and single advert page.
on posting page make pin "movable" but without changing location in field - this was working before, on old site.
8. Fix theme and make new design on all pages as well as customise advanced search and filter (customise dropdown with multiple choice, price and sq2 needs to have very specific value).
9. Search results need two views 1st is results list and 2nd is map view.
10. When posting advert, fill location and show it on map - marker need to have option to be moved around this location anyway
11. Fix advanced search and blog
12. Make sure payments api are connected!
Most functions already are in the script and is build on laravel, symfony (?), php, angular. Is custom script - cant confirm that but most likely. All needs to work and have new look.
FULL PAYMENT UPON COMPLETION - I fed up paying milestones and end up with unfinished work - if you don't like it - don't bit it.
