- Listening and evaluation of audio content for Podcasts.
- Curation of available content on the app in the right place.
- Identifying spoken world content in the existing labels and initiating discussions on them
- Content research on different portals- reaching out to the right content partners on different platforms.
- Managing content from CMS.
- Ingestion of RSS feeds.
- Onboard content in the right meta format and get it ingested from ingestion teams, migrate into Podcasts. Meta has information of- artist, show summary (south language), durations etc.
- Manage content and performance of daily showcases, playlists, radios and other entities.
- Creative ability to think and guide designers for albums, showcase, and notifications artworks.
- Manage monthly South festival/occasions/Vrath calendar and push right content accordingly.
- Share push notification schedules with Marketing with proper artworks.
- Tagging of Shows after listening to content.
- Approving shows on podcast portal after listening and getting them onboarded.
- Reporting technical issues with the business and Product team on time and proper follow up for resolution.
- Understanding of issues raised by content owners and raising it through right channels with the Legal/Business team on priority.
- Should be the independent team player for Podcasts in South languages.
