I'm looking to rebuild our company website on Wordpress. Requirements:
1. The core design is very simple, with just 7 pages. It needs to be responsive - and I have already built a "look and feel" version of the site on Squarespace to provide the exact design + site structure we want.
2. The only reason we are not building it on SquareSpace is because it needs to have a directory feature, where users can return a set of property listings by clicking on UK regions. There will be less than 200 directory listings.
3. In order to keep the property listings up to date, the CMS needs to be very user friendly. Propery listings don't need their own page, just: an image, description, and the same button action to enquire. I am experienced at contracting to developers, and have already done the design work so we know exactly what we need. We will provide you with: wireframes, all images and web-copy, some example listings, and back-end access to the existing live site to make it easy to build quickly without lots of client contact.
