Our business has just run its first Virtual Event using a platform which was a success however we are now looking to build our own that we have the freedom to use it how we want.
it needs to be able to do the following:

Registration
Fully customisable registration form
Need to collect data including: Name, Job Title, Company, Address, Country (drop down only to avoid too many variations i.e. Great Britain, GB, UK, United Kingdom, England…), Industry (Drop down only to allow filtering within platform), Email address, phone number
Automatic email sent when registering, integration with MailChimp would be ideal
Pull data through from LinkedIn if delegates prefer
Conference
Ability to ‘mocklive’ presentations: pre-record and pre-load content which will ‘go live’ at a scheduled time
Polls within the presentations
Live chat with the presenter
Discussion board within the presentation
Exhibition
Multiple exhibition stands (20+)
Exhibition hall – ideally a 3D walkaround of a room (hotel ballroom-like design), birds eye view could also work. Need to be able to see all the exhibition stands in one go
Exhibitors to be able to manage the booth themselves within the backend
Add admins to their booth
Add documents, imagery etc.
See analytics of who has visited and engaged with their stand, what they did etc.
Easily editable exhibition stands, we have designs loaded in the backend of the platform and exhibitors can login, choose their stand design and upload their imagery to populate the stand
Networking
Full list of all registered delegates within the lobby, click on the delegate you would like to chat to, and it opens a chat window
Video chat embedded in chat within the platform, can we embed zoom or similar tech?
Filterable attendee list, filter the companies, countries, sectors etc.
Ability to prebook meetings, search for who you want to meet with, click schedule meeting, up pops a calendar, choose an ideal time, and it will send them an iCal message to add to their Outlook calendars etc. Email must include who the meeting invitation is from, confirm or deny meeting, suggest an alternative time
Backend, Data & Analytics
Full analytics of a delegates’ journey within the platform, i.e. within the back end we can click on John Smith and see that he logged in at 0200 and watched XZ’s presentation, visited XY stand at 0300 etc.
Pull off all delegates data in excel doc
Delete registrations as required
Ability to amend delegates details to fix spelling errors, add photos etc.
Other
Gamification: attendees gain points for doing certain things within the platform, i.e. visiting an exhibition stand and chatting to the exhibition team gives you 10 points, and we would arrange a prize for the most points etc.
Each delegate should have a virtual business card that can be easily downloaded by other delegates, this should pull the data through from their registration/back end of the platform
