(~ €1.000) Premises: Family Local company, laundry, ironing services industry with some service points placed in a large city in Mexico. a) Due to The COVID crisis, sales have decreased by 80%. b) 80% of the sales come from B2B. But this is not leaving enough margin. The company needs to enlarge the scope, B2C. c) Currently, there is a problem with the search, lead, and conversion of those clients. (the company does not know how to attract, lead, and convert them) d) Several years of traction in the local market. So far, the right sales and marketing channels have not been explored/exploited. e) A company with a good reputation and feedback about service and quality.
Initial goal: Phase I: Increase in Sales. (priority)
We are looking for a professional/s with a large experience in the industry who can design an action plan, marketing and sales, strategically, finding the right channels and lead and conversion strategies, among some other actions to be designed by themselves.
One received the proposal, there is a chance to form a customized team according to the needs of the project and expert.
The project would be continued in a II phase by executing phase I.
Requirements: a) Knowing the market and sales in the industry in Mexico. b) Spanish Language. c) Large experience in marketing, sales, business development… d) Proven first-hand experience in similar situations
