My E-Commerce company has seen a great deal of rapid growth recently. We’ve quickly scaled, making numerous temporary freelance hires to support the demand (from apx 5 to 20+ in under 30 days). I need to add some new permanent roles. As we don’t have a central HQ, I envision these new folks being primarily remote freelancer types but w/ ongoing dedicated tasks. I need help defining the tasks & compensation for each role in addition to actually recruiting. This would include deciding where to list openings , actually developing & posting the ads, & narrowing the field of candidates. I feel a sense of urgency to fill the roles soon so we can take advantage of & extend the momentum we’re presently seeing… Much of the demand is driven by current events and may not last forever, if we don’t deliberately take quick action.
Some tasks/roles I want to hire for include but are not limited to: (note: I intend to consolidate some of these tasks while breaking others into single positions PT / FT & Short-term / Long-term)
