Implement a very small Rails 6 app where users have their own full calendar an can invite and schedule events between each other taking into account their timezones.
Implement both tutorials below in an existing Rails 6 app:
Both tutorials are made with Rails 5 and are based on an older fullcalendar version:
https://www.driftingruby.com/episodes/fullcalendar-events-and-scheduling - 14 minutes
https://www.driftingruby.com/episodes/recurring-events-with-fullcalendar - 8 minutes
The awared freelancer will implement this functionality on Existing Rails 6 app where the fullcalendar is already installed and working, but were the functionality of above tutorials, the timezone and the inviting functionality is not already implemented.
- Existing app were you will build on, will include Devise for the users and the full calendar installed, so that you don't need to waste time with that.
Exact the same functionality needs to be implemented as in both tutorials taking into account the timezone and the fact that users need to be able invite each other. An invitation can either be accepted/ declined or a new date can be proposed.
Very straight forward and piece of cake task for an experienced developer.
