We are a mental health organisation providing support for people that are suicidal and for individuals that suffer from other types of mental health issues. We provide 24-hour assistance through our unique technology systems that have been built by our in house team. We are a growing organisation and are currently recruiting for a Social Media Content Manager.
The Social Media Content Manager will be responsible for creating content and managing our social media platforms such as Instagram, Twitter and Facebook and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate would be someone who has a background in Mental Health or psychology, and that is confident but not necessary to do some Instagram live or pre-recorded stories to engage with our audience.
At the moment, we use a platform called Buffer to schedule and approve all of our current posts. Experience with using Buffer is not required. Our post images are designed using Canva.
The candidate can schedule all the post one day a month, and possible review comments now and again. Direct messages monitoring is not required as they are linked to our support system.
