Hi I need someone to do many tasks for me for data entry. I cant keep doing it myself as its too time consuming. Im looking for someone to work with for a while so not one off tasks. Here is one task I need completed. So I will provide you an excel document of around 400-500 contacts and I need it to be sorted in business name and phone number, portfolio hyperlink..... One column for each location. There are some names/buinsess names where I unfortunately do not have phone numbers so I need you to find the phone numbers by googling. I want a serious effort made when trying to find a phone number. If you cant find a phone number at the very least find some method of contact for the person/business. Lots of my contacts already have phone numbers though just letting you know...... Also I am wanting for each business a portfolio hyperlink. So for example......Tim Shaw from Impress

Please use common sense and put in serious effort when finding phone numbers and portfolio hyperlinks. If Im not happy with your work I guess I just will choose someone for my next tasks. I am looking for someone to do lots of my administration type of remedial jobs. Regards, Thomas
