This job includes making an improved design, and also implementing that design onto my website. So, you will need to take into account any limitations my current website Theme may, or may not have.
I am a real estate agent and I’m trying to squeeze my way into a new niche market. I want to create a website, stating that I SPECIALISE in selling PENTHOUSES, (only penthouses) … So, it is essential that the new design reflects that penthouses are the ONLY property type I sell… It’s essential that the new design gives any visitor the clear impression that, I am an EXPERT and that “they have come to the right place”!
I am marketing myself to the frustrated buyer, who has been searching for his ideal penthouse…. But has not been able to find it.
