I am looking for a VA for our online store based in Australia. We sell physical therapy (physiotherapy) products as well as compression gear.
If you are to be successful we require the following experience:
1. Shopify experience including adding products, blog posts, editing orders and placing orders on behalf of customers.
2. Customer support experience. Mainly email and live chat. You will also be responding to Facebook/Instagram comments. Ideally we are looking for someone who has experience with Gorgias.io ticketing system. You will be tested on this. We will also consider you if you have Zendesk/Freshdesk or Intercom experience.
3. Must have Asana experience. We use Asana for our tasks and project management. We also use it to store our SOPs. So you have to be comfortable with Asana.
4. Social Media posting. You must have experience in posting on Facebook/Instagram. Pinterest and twitter is also a bonus.
5. To do the above you will need great written and spoken English. Part of the hiring process we will be calling you.

- Will be able to give 100% of your time for 8 hours between the hours of 9:00am to 5:30pm Sydney, Australia time. You can take 1 hour break everyday. We prefer if this is broken up to 2 x 30 minute breaks.
- We understand it's common for virtual assistants to have more than 1 job however this is a full time job. We require 100?fort during these hours.
- Great written and spoken English. You must be communicating in English everyday already and have prior experience with English speaking jobs.
- You must have reliable internet connectivity. We're an online business and so require our staff to be online the full time.
- All public holidays will be respected. Please give us 1 week notice that you won't be working.
Other skills and experience that are not required but will be favorable are. These only apple if you meet the above requirements
- An academic background in Physiotherapy (physical), sports science or medicine.
- Content writing
- SEO outreach (white-hat backlinking)
- Facebook or Adwords ad management
