I want to clean up the python codes in my excel sheet. We want to import a set of articles from an old system. but some of the news have python which will display funny characters.

There are many such articles in my excel. So it will be more on a clean up by excel. Once the clean up is done. Then i can imported it. WIll like to know the cost for it too.
