I am looking for someone to custom design and develop a 2-3 page e-commerce wordpress website from scratch (NO TEMPLATES PLEASE). The development of the website will require someone with very good experience of developing custom themes.
Please note that i don't need someone to just install plugins and activate them (i can do this myself quite well). I'm also not interested in a solution that involves using lots and lots of plugins to do the most basic of things (among other things this can result in tons of requests).
Please include the phrase FLYING ELEPHANT to help rule out bots.

Design – Please note the following:
1) We need designs for desktop, tablet & mobile versions. 2) The designs MUST NOT be template based. 3) An accurate estimate/timeframe must be provided along with your bid. 4) Specific colours must be included in the colour scheme. RGB / Hex codes for these colours will be provided. 5) Please include portfolio of previous work.
Development – Please note the following:
1) Experience of developing custom themes. 2) Experience of developing parent themes. 3) Experience of developing child themes. 4) Experience of using woocommerce 5) Experience of using ultimate member or other 6) good HTML, CSS skills. 7) know your way around jquery & php. 8) Judicious use of plugins - as stated above you have to be able to do much more than just install a plugin. Creative solutions to problems is definitely one of the things being sought. 9) The website will of course be responsive.
