A full backup was taken of our MySQL database driven website before the Windows 2012 R2 server running IIS 7 failed. The entire structured and data were backed up, and we are now looking for a proven UK professional to provision the following which can either be locally hosted or in a data centre.
With anyone putting themselves forward we need an IMMEDIATE start as well as someone who can think and act on their own initiative within the remit of the brief. An out the box thinker who will suggest any better ways of working as well as a "sleeves up and get on with it" mentality.
The person MUST BE IN THE UK and have a proven track record which can be verified. We will be looking for this person to work with us regularly on an ongoing basis and this should be seen as an opportunity to showcase ability.
We require the provision of
Windows server which MS office can be loaded to as third party apps such as access need to connect to MySQL Backend Installation of MySQL Workbench and MySQL Server Install and setup of IIS Ensure that security certification is met with site (already have cert for domain)
The config file and folder structure along with the admin CMS is all backed up, as is the MySQL Backend that drives the dB. Therefore once the prerequisites are installed and the filepath cloned the site should go live. The MySQL user permissions may need to be created
Again, this MUST be a UK contractor who is happy to work on a custom site which uses Vb as well as Javascript, PHP and
Solid PHP and VB is essential as custom tracking of visits is employed
Immediate start required (as in yesterday) - must be flexible with approach, think outside the box, love a challenge and want to work with us on an ongoing basis.
Will pay up to £50 per hour but must showcase why this rate is to be paid and an approximation of total time given once a more indepth review has taken place.
